Over the past few months, we’ve engaged in meaningful discussions and have several exciting initiatives in the pipeline. Here are some highlights of what we’ve been working on: 🌈 Upcoming Event: Next week, we’re hosting a special event to celebrate Pride Month and allyship in a relaxed and inclusive environment. Stay tuned on LinkedIn for a recap of our celebration! 📋 Policy Improvements: We’re actively discussing ways to enhance Easyfairs’ policies and best practices to better support LGBTQ+ members in the workplace and during hiring processes. 📅 Pride 365 Campaign: Pride isn’t just for June! We’re launching a year-round Pride 365 campaign, focusing on fundraising and supporting charities that uplift our community. 🤝 Allyship Training: We’re researching and developing allyship training to ensure all Easyfairs employees know how to be supportive allies to the queer community.
