Answers:   - The Magnehelic® gage has a clear acrylic face that resists both fading and color changes over time, so it shouldn't turn yellow the way the photo on the right looks.  - “Inches of Air” isn’t a viable unit of measurement for the scale. Magnehelic® gages are available in many standard units of measurement, including: Inches of Water, CM of Water, MM of Water, Pascals, Kilopascals, PSI, w.c./velocity ft/min, and more.  - The standard Magnehelic® gage has a red tipped indicating needle for high visibility of pressure measurement.  - On the unit on the left, the clear acrylic face has writing that says “Dwyer Instruments, Inc. Michigan City, IN”. This has been removed in the photo on the right. Note: newer models of the Magnehelic® will also have a Dwyer logo at the top of the scale, and will have Dwyer and its Michigan City address listed underneath the max pressure.   - On the unit on the left, the model number is written on the right side of the front face. This has been removed in the photo on the right.  - The front grill is horizontally oriented for Magnehelic® gages, not vertical.

Mag on the right is fake. Cover is all wrong. There was a lawsuit. Don't remember how it came out. Don't buy a fake Mag gage.
