Show! don’t tell…everyone in your sales organization should be able to deliver a demo. It can be as short as 5min as long as you articulate how you solve for the customer’s business outcome. The less technical the better the demo…learn to tell a story, don’t focus on features and meaningless screens. Why? Because when you are confident to deliver a short demo…you are confident to tell a story with an impact.
