How do you move something safely with a crane?
Most factories using cranes have all the right alarms and flashing lights but is there a better way?

One practical solution for illuminating around the suspended load on various types of cranes could be a versatile LED lighting system that can be easily installed and adapted to different crane configurations. This solution would provide visibility and safety during lifting and moving operations, regardless of whether the crane has a circular or rectangular shape.
When the surface gets rough, our scissor lifts become tough!
#Safe and #stable operations at elevated heights form the core element when choosing an aerial work platform. However, when it comes to carrying out outdoor #operations on rough terrains and uneven surfaces, the #gradeability of the #AWP, which is the slope handling ability of the access platform, plays a critical role.
Scissor lift from ElectroMech is equipped with exceptional gradeability of 40% and tyres, making it easy to operate for outdoor use, even on rough terrains. They also offer working heights of 5.8m to 18.2m and a load capacity range of 227kg to 680kg.
Are you searching for the right #aerialworkplatform for the right surface? Contact our experts at - awp@emequip.in, they will have the right #AWP for you!

There are occasions when someone wants to replace a vertical lifting hangar door, such as a bifold or hydraulic door, with a sliding or bottom rolling door that moves horizontally on tracks. There are two possible ways to replace a bifold or hydraulic door with a horizontal rolling door.

Narrow scissor lifts are built to fit through a standard doorway, something wide lifts cannot do. A narrow lift usually measures 32 inches wide, while a wide lift is typically 46 inches wide. You’ll likely need at least a double-door to accommodate a wide-platform lift.
Save room with a Bezel-delete kit:
This 101 ft rear-mount aerial tower truck from Rosenbauer America features a single Guardian Elite right in the middle of the back of the truck.
With the limited real estate there, they opted for our bezel delete gasket, an option for installing our Guardian-size fixtures without the additional chrome bezel around the fixture. The bezel delete gasket itself is a solid piece of rubber that allowed it to be used in retrofit applications as well, sealing off the water from entering the truck. Utilizing this option enables you to mount it in a small area such as behind the driver and officer door, or like the area you see on this Rosenbauer aerial.
When space it tight but you can't afford to sacrifice light with a smaller output fixture, a bezel delete kit is the way to go.
The design of a fender system is critical for ensuring safe berthing and protecting vessels and infrastructure.
Typically, fenders are selected based on berthing energy. For island berths, wind and wave forces are considered to ensure they do not exceed fender reaction forces.
Additionally, in certain mooring conditions, cyclic motions should be considered as they can cause numerous small and larger fender compressions that also need to be addressed in the fender selection process.
Failing to do so can lead to fender fatigue and failure over a short period.
The recently released PIANC Fender Guidelines 2024, Chapter 7: Fender Selection under Moored Conditions, emphasizes the importance of assessing fender suitability for moored vessels and provides guidance on selecting and designing fenders that are subjected to cyclic and other extreme conditions.
Trelleborg experts will delve into this chapter in our upcoming PIANC WG211 webinar on June 4, 2024, providing insights on selecting the right fender for these conditions and necessary design considerations.
Additionally, they will also cover Chapter 6: Fender System Selection Part II and Chapter 8: Fender System Component Design.
Join us to gain a better understanding of the PIANC fender guidelines and develop long-lasting, durable fender systems for extreme conditions.
