A suggestion: Train GenAI to look for unconventional hires. Train it to seek out and highlight candidates who are innovative and think outside the box, who have a string of successes and have charted an unconventional path. Currently it’s seeking the ones who predictably check every box. The superstars of tomorrow are potentially being overlooked by this bias.
I found them to be vastly underwhelming.

Curious to see the impact on recipients of the AI messaging. Do they notice that it was AI generated? Are they notified? Does this impact the how they feel about the sender?
More importantly, how do I turn it off?
Curious, I know what the FTC allows but just exactly when did I give my consent to allow you to use MY content/data to train your machine?
LinkedIn AI features are more annoying and detracting than useful or desired. Nobody asked for it
