I'm (almost) 2 months into my new gig here at Strativ Group (time really does fly 🥏) It's been amazing! But, as with any role where you're building something from scratch, it's been a challenge too 😩 ( a great challenge though!) Whilst I have 5 years' experience of building killer teams in this space, I forgot just how fortunate you are to have a rolodex of legacy accounts and a very full database!
