This highlights so many studies that validate the benefits of remote work. The need for in-office work is so antiquated in this day and age. While there are still positions requiring on location work (manufacturing, Healthcare, first responders) most no longer make sense. The technology is there for happier more productive and efficient employees, and the savings of office space, why do we continue this antiquated expectation. Face-to-face is valuable, but unnecessary all the time.

Didn't we somehow agree to the claim that “What you do at your convenience or comfort gives you the perfect result"? Working from home/remotely offers a wide range of comforts that can never be compared with working from Office. Taking for an instance, the annoying experiences you are offered without making a request while you leave your home, managing the humans you encounter on the road till you arrive at the office. We can't overstate the goodness and positive development remote works offer, especially the employees. Thankfully, certain businesses in many industries are now seeing and appreciating the stress-free and low-cost benefits the new development offer. Both Work from office and work from home has its pros and cons. We can save a lot of time and energy in work from home. But how are we using the saved energy and time that's important. What's the use if we are wasting it just like that it in futile activities. Well yes sleeping is not futile, we surely need 8 hours of good sleep anything beyond that will be in it. Also , it might looks cool that we can wake up 5 minutes before the meeting. But its going to impact the productivity. So managing time is important. The time and energy should be used in areas of life which includes family, health (physical+ mental), learning and development, hobbies. Our life is not only work whether its the former or latter.
