OKRs - Lessons Learned after 4 years: In the past four years at Karma, we've deeply integrated OKRs into our growth strategy, learning a lot of lessons along the way: 1. Good tools make it easy for all to use We use Quantive which works great across the org, tried 10+ tools + sheets which is also a good starting point 2. Don't "waterfall" OKRs It's easy to create company level ones and by habit "force" them onto the departments but it's the opposite of how OKRs should work. Show the company OKRs for the quarter and let departments align to them 3. Celebrate when you score over 70% Easy to forget as you move fast but easily one of the most important things, stretched OKRs should be celebrated when you exceed your 70% line!
