إِنَّ اللّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ آپ تہہ خاک کیا گئی ماں میری عید ہی خاک میں مل گئی آج سارا دن میرا دھیان اسی شعر پہ گیا کتنے آرام سے کہنے والے نے اپنی محرومی ظاہر کردی اب عید آئی ہے تو کل کوئی اور خوشی آئے گی سب خوشیاں لیکن' ماں کے بعد خاک برابر ہی ہوگئیں مگر یہی تو امتحان ہے زندگی اور ہے بھی کیا۔۔ اللّٰہ نے قرآن میں ہم جیسوں کے لیے ہی تو کہا ہے إِنَّ اللّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ بے شک اللّٰہ صبر کرنے والوں کے ساتھ ہے۔ اس آیت میں کتنی خوبصورتی سے امتحان اور انعام' دونوں کو اللّٰہ نے ساتھ ساتھ بیان کیا ہے انعام دیکھیں پہلے' پھر امتحان پر نظر دوڑائیں گے انشاءاللّٰہ انعام ہے اللّٰہ کا ساتھ بے شک ہمارا پروردگار سراسر رحمت ہے اور رب العالمین کے ساتھ کا مطلب ہی آسانی' رحمت' اور سکون ہے اور جب وہ خود اپنے ساتھ کا کہے تو پھر اپنے بندے پہ وہ رب مہربان ہی ہوگا بس امتحان ہے صبر صبر کرنے والے کے ساتھ ہے اللّٰہ میں نے کئی بار سنا ہے صبر تو آ ہی جاتا ہے' دیر یا جلدی صبر تو اللّٰہ ہی دیتا ہے ایسا امتحان جسے صرف اللّٰہ نے پار کروانا ہے' اس کا انعام اتنا حسین؟ نہیں نبی (ص) کے صبر کی مثال لیں تو علم ہوتا ہے کہ آنسو آتے ہیں پر خشک کر کے ہمت سے مصیبت پڑتے ہی کہنا اللّٰہ میں تیری رضا میں راضی ہوں إِنَّ اللّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ یہ ہے صبر اور تب' شریعت کے خلاف کوئی بھی عمل کرنا صابرین کی نشانی نہیں بعد میں تو وقت مرہم رکھ ہی دیتا ہے کیونکہ کائنات کے رب کی مرضی کے آگے چلنی تو ہماری پھر بھی نہیں یا اللّٰہ صبر کرنے کی کوشش کرتے ہوئے' نہ ہم نے ماں کے جانے پہ شکوہ کیا' نہ چیختے ہوئے روئے' نہ ہی کوئی شریعت کے خلاف عمل کیا تو نے عید فرض کی' ہم نے قربانی کی یہ اور بات ہے کہ ہماری آنکھیں اور دل ماں کی محبت تلاش کرتے رہے مگر اے مالک! تیری رضا سب مسلمانوں کو عید مبارک!

Series: Untold Stories #1 THINGS DO HAPPEN! I WAS NOT A CONTENT MANAGER FROM THE VERY START. Those days, I was managing some projects as an SEO Executive when HR Samreen Rauf asked me to switch my role. This was both the opportunity to grow & the struggle to make from the Dee Designers. I Accepted The OFFER & this story is from the starting days when I was working as a Content Manager. So, there was a day when handling a team became so tough for me. I'm telling you, managing a content department is a struggle. You are not responsible only for the content flow of the company but the improvements of your team, communications, business model understanding, & so on. One thing that was a real trouble was judging a writer's skills & assigning him tasks per his interests without compromising his chances of growth. HELL TOUGH... Because, how can you judge a team member this quickly? This was so sudden! They were not even taking me seriously. THESE THINGS DO HAPPEN FOR REAL! So, back to the starting point. I was so tired of these fluctuations that were going on in my head. I arranged a meeting because writers were continuously not getting the point that I wanted them to. And, thankfully, In the meeting, I invited HR & a senior as well. (because they were there as well, I didn't slap anyone XD I'm SORRY) I was so frustrated that at one point, I almost shouted at my team which I still regret. They were still following previous instructions that was so annoying for me because, I was working on their growth, UGH. "If I'm continuously asking to follow few parameters, why are they still adhere to the outdated ways?" This question was roaming in my brain just like the words do. I didn't know the answer to this back then but now, when, WE ARE REALLY A TEAM... Now, I can quickly make them follow new concepts and not only I support them but they support me as well, I know the answer. This is a secret that I'm revealing to you. (THANK ME LATER) The reasons to all these misunderstanding are mentioned below: From my end: No Real Logics Unclarity Dominating Tone From their end: New Person as a Team Lead They were stick to old Concepts These points all together created Mismanagement Confusions Communication Gap And, how did I handled the scenario? To clear their concepts, I started sharing updates regarding writing. Promised myself to keep my tone soft with the team. Arranged a few of good meetings for learning. When i needed some changings, I asked them to visit me. I started supporting them all as if they are the part of me. Things are so clear and smooth now ALHMDULILLAH! I had never been a Lead before, so I was learning at that stage. These things do happen! Better to resolve them, correct yourself, & struggle a bit more. and, observe the difference within some weeks. I'm SORRY Team for that day. <3 I LOVE YOU ALL! I still remember the day (Tuesday)- (25th Oct 2022) when I joined Dee Designers as a Content Writer. It was my final year of DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) when I got prof preps and decided to do a job. (Always love to write my emotions on paper.) Started my job before completing my degree, and even after clearing my defense, I never wanted to quit it.✨ "Doctor ho k idhar job kar rhi hy... Medical student ko kya pta IT ka... Na idher ki rahi na udher ki..." Q K m field change kr chuki thi to ye sb sawaliya nishan (?) to lgny hi thy... Today, I came up with the answer: Because, Rizq ki zimmedari Allah ny li hy! Or, jb WO chahy ga, shayad, kabhi, m Physiotherapy ki job start krdun.. Clinic start krdun... You NEVER KNOW! And the award goes to... The dedication, unstoppable hard work, uncountable comebacks, and unseen Prayers.
