Beyond excited to see Metrikus's Dark January campaign featured in ThisWeekinFM 🎉
We started this campaign to get more companies and individuals to go #LightsOut and reduce unnecessary energy waste in offices. It's been amazing to see so many people get involved.
There's still time to get stuck into Dark January! 🌓
If you're keen to do your bit but don't know where to start, here are a few quick tips:
💡 Easy: find the people in your company who can help optimise your building’s energy use – don’t worry, we’ve got resources to help you (check the link in the comments)
💡💡 Easier: spread awareness by taking part in the #LightsOut challenge on LinkedIn and nominate your friends and colleagues. The more people who take part, the bigger impact we’ll have
💡💡💡 Easiest: switch off lights where you can, whether you’re at home or in the office. While you’re at it, make sure plug sockets are turned off and doors are kept shut to conserve energy!
