Source Strategies tracks four hotels in the central Texas city of Llano: two branded and two independents. The market leader is the 30-room Days Inn & Suites Llano with a 2023 YTD REVPAR over $74. The Best Western Llano with 40 rooms has a $60 YTD REVPAR. The two independents are older motels that are 'bit players' in the market. Lodging revenues for the city are just over $1 Million for the first half of this year. Demand has risen an average of 9.4% per year in the city since 2018, while REVPAR has risen 7.3% per year. Both branded properties are more than 20 years old. Perhaps the city of Llano is worth a look for the saavy developer? 🤔
