Change these 3 words and revolutionize your practice. Your culture and patient experience will never be the same. ➡ Shift #1 Current Language: Prospect, Opportunity, Lead New Language: Treatment Candidate Shift from marketing language that reduces your future patients to money making opportunities. Speaking in terms of candidacy focuses on the human. ➡ Shift #2 Current Language: Sales presentation, selling, sales New Language: Case Presentation Semantics? Maybe. But by shifting from "selling" to "case presentation", we're indicating a more professional, patient-centric experience. ➡ Shift #3 Current Language: Units Sold, Devices Sold, Fittings New Language: New Treatments/Patients Helped A focus on "units/devices/fittings" is commodity language. It's also very business-oriented, and likely to feel out of alignment and push ethical providers away. This change shifts the practice culture from a business growth focus to a patient experience focus, which leads to better results and a more compelling vision for the business.
