Dory Butler’s Post

I recently had a chance to spend focused time with members of our design, strategy, experience and insights teams. These individuals show up to serve our customers and employees everyday. It was great to learn more about each of them, the impactful work they are doing and to hear their thoughts on what more we can do for our customers. Bringing different disciplines and diverse perspectives into one conversation is key to unlocking great ideas and forging a stronger team culture.
