Don Kennedy’s Post

Hi All, Now that the dust is settling (a bit) after Oracle's abrupt announcement that they are exiting the Advertising sector, I wanted to share a couple of things... First, there are a TON of incredibly talented people across my org (Sales, Customer Success, Ops, etc...) that will very soon be free agents. They will make an immediate positive impact on any org they join next, so if any of you are looking for the right people to fill key positions, please ping me asap and I will gladly make those intros. Second, for the first time in my career, I'm also in a similar position. Thanks a ton to those of you that have reached out over the past week as I've been sorting through the logistics post the announcement. I'm not wired to sit around (shocker), so I'm looking forward to conversations with the fine people in my network looking for help building and scaling to the next level. I'm ready to keep running, so let's catch up. Lastly (longest LI post of my life), THANK YOU to the entire Oracle Advertising team (current and former). The dedication to our customers and each other that you have have shown over the past couple of years that I have been here has been amazing, and the best is ahead for all of you. Go be great, and I will always be available to help. Onward! DK

One of the top things I will miss about working at OA is your leadership and friendship. You are an outstanding leader of an organization, and I couldn't be more appreciative of the support you have given in the last year. I will greatly miss working with you. P.S. My last request is to pick me the winner of The Open Championship.

Really enjoyed working for you, Don. The positive culture you were able to build in our team was contagious. This group will stay connected in part because of it.

I’ve been so fortunate to have learned and develop under your leadership Don Kennedy! So excited to see what’s next and selfishly I’m hoping it’s adjacent to streaming! Look forward to connecting soon.
