✨ Project Spotlight: The Jim Moran Foundation Headquarters ✨ Stiles, the 72-year old full-service commercial real estate development firm based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is developing and constructing The Jim Moran Foundation headquarters. It’s a tribute to the life and legacy of Jim Moran, an automotive pioneer and philanthropist. The 65,000 square foot office space was designed by Nashville-based HASTINGS Architecture, sits on a 2.43-acre parcel in Fort Lauderdale, and recently reached the topping off milestone!  🙌 Reaching this significant stage is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and collaboration of the entire project team, and Document Crunch is happy to be a partner in helping Stiles’ project teams be proactive and compliant with their contracts.
