🌟 Empowering Youth for All 🤝 Join us in making a positive impact through sports! The project we participate "For me For all" is all about equality, inclusion, and well-being. 📚 We're currently developing an online course with mentorship by former elite athletes to empower institutionalized adolescents. Topics include: 1️⃣ Promoting Emotional Intelligence 2️⃣ Wellbeing Enhancement 3️⃣ Social Support Mentorship 4️⃣ Addressing Conduct Problems Our goal? To provide opportunities for every young person, no matter their background, to thrive through sports. We're employing former elite athletes as coaches and mentors to shape both athletes and responsible individuals. What if we treated our community like a team? Our community could be our neighbors, the parents of kids at the same school, our faith center, our family. And imagine if we could look at tht community through their strengths? Just because you don't work together, doesn't mean we don't create synergy. Just because we don't depend on one another doesn't mean we can't become interdependent. Let's build back our communities. To finalise our work on the ALL IN project, we published a new article: https://lnkd.in/dE-h_PsA It explores the challenges and opportunities surrounding the participation of people with disabilities in adult education. It highlights the need for appropriate concepts and political framework conditions to ensure that everyone, regardless of their abilities, has access to lifelong learning opportunities. According to Dr Michael Sommer, the project coordinator from the Akademie Klausenhof, "Inclusion requires proactive planning to ensure everyone can participate. Adult education must be accessible to individuals with different limitations, such as mobility, senses, and cognitive abilities." The article emphasizes the importance of barrier-free environments, inclusive teaching practices, and qualified staff. #inclusion #ErasmusPlus
