I was happy to join 32 of our Plant Leaders gathered for the first Plant Leaders Academy, in Lorrach Germany. The event was a great opportunity to discuss the importance of their role for Mondelez and how the Plant Leader role is changing with the rest of the Global Supply Chain. I wish them all great success as they return to their plant, share their learnings with their Manufacturing teams, and ultimately lead the future of their sites.
Nice to see this attention to Operations by senior leadership and that Lörrach is still at the core of it.
