𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁... 𝟭𝟱 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗬𝗼𝗿𝗸'𝘀 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗲 When was the last time you did something for the first time—especially something as absurdly simple and unexpectedly enlightening as taking over Times Square for 15 seconds? I did last week thanks to a quirky app called TSX. Why, you ask, would someone with zero target audience in New York do this? Let's just say, I've come to appreciate the unconventional paths to gaining new insights. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟭𝟱-𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 The decision was impulsive, fueled by a mix of curiosity and a "why not?" attitude. The TSX app promised a takeover of Times Square, and they delivered. For just $40. That's right, less than a fancy dinner for a slice of the most iconic advertising pie in the world. I got my moment under the neon lights. The rules were simple : keep it clean, keep it friendly, and no traditional sales pitch. This was about making a statement, not a sale. And there it was—my face, larger than life, beaming down at the bustling crowd below. I couldn't help but laugh, wondering if this was the most efficient use of $40 ever or a hilarious misstep. It was surreal, exhilarating, profoundly simple, and over before I could say "Bagel". 𝗔 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 In a world obsessed with the next big thing, what's the takeaway from this blink-and-you-miss-it adventure? It's that sometimes, the most profound experiences come in the smallest packages. And to the CEOs out there, constantly wrestling with mission statements, consider this: if Times Square can deliver a promise with clarity and flair in just 15 seconds, what's stopping you? In a world that loves to complicate, maybe it's time to embrace the art of simplicity. Kudos to TSX Entertainment for not just talking the talk but walking the walk—stellar execution, indeed. So, in the spirit of brevity and wit, I'll leave you with this : If your company's essence were a billboard, what epic, unforgettable message would you blast across Times Square? And more importantly, could you do it in 15 seconds, without breaking the bank or losing your pants? #mission #strategy #CEO #change #transformatology

The idea that our transactions and consumer engagement shouldn't be detached from our values, relationships, or community, but instead complimented by those important things, is certainly the way forward for our economy. We've been immeasurably blessed by the small business owners on our site. They have inspirational stories to tell and high-quality products to sell, so we're always looking for additional ways to showcase them. With that, we at PublicSquare are proud to announce the launch of 'PublicSquare Live'. PublicSquare Live is a QVC-style live shopping experience where we interview business owners, share exclusive discounts on their products, provide an opportunity for consumers to ditch the big box retailers, and shift consumer spending to family-owned and operated, high-quality vendors. While envisioning how best to execute this exciting initiative, I met the legendary Erin Elmore, Esq. a former long-time QVC host, current TV personality, and devoted patriot. She was immediately drawn to the vision and decided it would be a great use of her skillset to jump 'all in' and launch this with us. On top of that, when RealAmericasVoice heard about this, they stepped up and offered to host the show on air for their millions of viewers (A huge shoutout to Rob Sigg and the team over there! They do fantastic work.) You can view the first episode that aired this past Saturday evening on Real America's Voice at the link in this post, and I'll link a PR in the comment section that describes this initiative in greater detail if you're interested in learning more. We're saving the country through the power of commerce and we'd love it if you join us. Onward and upward! https://lnkd.in/eYJ6pC3X

"Our world deserves a new culture of togetherness!“ How I aim to get closer to my personal purpose through the founding of our agency. The common thread in my work has always been a curiosity and a strong drive to question how I can sustainably improve my world and my surroundings. Now it's becoming clear that while topics and projects changed, the same questions remained in the background: 1️⃣ How do we all come closer together? 2️⃣ What would this new togetherness look like? 3️⃣ And above all: How do we get there? I identify as the main challenge in business, politics, or culture the "Objectification" of humans, nature, and other living beings. An Alienation from ourselves, from others, and from the environment. In business, it becomes especially clear when people are reduced to 'human resources', 'numbers' and 'paying consumers'. The consequences are separation, exploitation and injustice. Both socially and environmentally. A shift in perspective, away from objectification, requires building conscious relationships with our surroundings. An awareness that sees everything as interconnected is, for me, a first step towards a more sustainable and cooperative world. We founded our agency, Together Studios GmbH, to bring this new culture of togetherness into the world with organisations and artists. Together, we unleash the potential inherent in evolving values, structures, and practices towards more connectedness, empathy, and responsibility. We believe in the power of professional structures and artists to drive this evolution forward and support the journey towards authentic and lasting relationships with fans and customers. And here, my personal purpose comes full circle: I want to leave behind a world that understands itself as one and celebrates the beauty of diversity. Since the beginning of the year, I have the privilege of using my skills within our own structure with wonderful partners for exactly that purpose. Thank you at this point for your trust during our first months! Brooklyn Soap Company (Felix Ermer) Arc'teryx (Félix-Antoine Arseneau & Tim Harty) Urban Outfitters (Maurice Endres) Rebirth Studios (Liz Valentina Thieme) SIGNAL IDUNA Asset Management GmbH (Oliver Güttler) And our first Artists JOLLE & WILSN! #purpose #culture #together #trust
