SpaceX's Starship Bellyflop Landing Manoeuvre ❤️ Impressive To Watch! 🚀 👇 Many in the #industry thought that was impossible to achieve, but through audacious design, ingenious engineering, and flawless execution, SpaceX brought this to life. Elon Musk said that one of his goals with SpaceX is to decrease the cost and improve the reliability of access to space, ultimately by a factor of ten. What a marvel of engineering and beauty to watch! ❤️ Agree? #space #spacex #aviation #innovation #technology #aerospace

Valerio D. Gulli "through audacious design, ingenious engineering, and flawless execution, SpaceX brought this to life." Sure, but don't forget The COURAGE to FAIL, OVER AND OVER until you figure it out and Get it RIGHT.👍 Because sometimes in REAL innovation: FAILURE is the ONLY OPTION. Like I ALWAYS SAY, "If you're not Breaking Stuff, you're really NOT trying hard enough to Push The Envelope." Also: "When in doubt... do SOMETHING. You're never more than one Bad Decision away from knowing what you SHOULD have done. Just... GET ON WITH IT." 😂 In this case, maybe it took several tries, but who's counting? All that FAILURE may in fact be the SHORTEST PATH to success.

Amazing balancing act, on 1 engine.

THNX Valerio again for the insane "Geknatter"🫠

The atmospheric consequences of space launch activities are not well-studied. Rockets emit gases and particles into different atmospheric layers, affecting chemistry and Earth's energy balance. This means we do not even have the science necessary to inform policy making regarding the environmental impact of space launch vehicles. Those poor birds at the end flocking as their natural habitat gets disrupted shows how little concern there is regarding the impact of this program. When our planet is reaching a tipping point, this is very irresponsible.

All this within 20 years, what is possible in the next 20 years? Imagine what capabilities the engineers have now from such innovation, what capabilities they will have in the future and what problems / opportunities will they solve? Must say, as a Gen "X'er" we have had a wild innovation ride!

I'm sorry for that flock of birds that are being invaded. Why doesn't he go to the moon to do these experiments
