What would change in #govcon if CPARS data were publicly available? Perhaps not all of the individual assessments but rather an aggregate number for each company contracting with the government. How would it change how companies manage the obligated government funding (taxpayers' money) on their contracts? How they ensure quality services and products? How they partner with other companies to support agency missions? How they bid on new work? How they retain skilled teams?
