The 1A protects the freedoms of speech and the right to PEACFULLY assemble in PUBLIC spaces. Not commit violence, create encampments on or take over the buildings of private institutions. The 1A is the cornerstone of our democracy, and the founders had the foresight to make it the most prominent amendment of our Constitution. It protects us from the tyranny of the government, and a would-be "king", and it is what separates us from other countries. See my interview on CNN this morning.

Hypothesis 10 If the transfer of American power and democracy to a Tribal Council is conducted through a structured, transparent, and inclusive process guided by the principles of the Magna Carta, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and ethical affirmations, then it can be achieved without causing war. This process must ensure the protection of individual rights and liberties, uphold the rule of law, maintain fairness and impartiality in decision-making, prevent arbitrary actions, and involve all stakeholders through continuous dialogue and participation.
