The meanings of yoga continuously evolve for me. The definitions I use only seem to grow. What continues to fascinate me is that yoga touches on all these facets of life. I don’t presume that everyone should or needs to take this journey. In the sources listed below there’s a lot to process, a great deal to learn, and not all of it is easy to digest. So much remains that is incomplete, unfinished, or uncategorized for me. But what worthy endeavor doesn’t baffle or overwhelm us for its richness and importance? https://lnkd.in/gvreURP

Poweful and lovely post by Emer Deane. I was nervous too! I'm not at all surprised your coaching business is doing so well. Having worked with very talented coaches over the years, I could tell when we first met that anyone would be lucky to be coached by you. Thank you for trusting me to be the first Glo member to share part of your story on Glo’s podcast. Your vulnerability led our conversation down a wonderful path I hadn’t anticipated. You remind us to seek the opportunities to reframe our perspectives, to question and shift the pressures we put upon ourselves, and how to engage with our self-care routines when it seems dauntingly hard to do so.
