I have just returned from a week of visit in the field and I would like to share some thoughts. Like nearly every growing global business, Vetter Pharma faces organizational pain points that need to be collaboratively addressed with innovative solutions. I’m happy to say that this is one of the things that sets Vetter apart: the proactive and purposeful way we manage and overcome these challenges as a team.     Some days ago, I attended a gathering with a very special theme: “Pain & Pizza Night.” Part of a series we call “Innovation World Café,” this particular meeting was focused on unpacking and discussing solutions to internal issues at Vetter. The evening opened with a presentation on why addressing challenges and pain points is essential to innovation, followed by a very productive conversation about enhancements and improvements we can make to our organization. This was made possible by enabling our employees to enter the world of innovation methods in a safe environment.    And naturally, pizza and refreshments were served!     We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach to problem-solving, so it’s always inspiring to see our teamwork in action at events like this.
