Still getting asked if I struggle with being Black and Blue. I’m not a crayon folks. There is no conflict. I wear my ethnicity and badge with pride, honor and integrity. But both are controlled by my soul and will.

Wow, not just the words utilized but the meaning of the words. When we can all agree that, because of God our creator, there is one blood one race, the world will change. Integrity and honor are the building blocks for strong individuals. This is the attitude and beliefs that we all should hold dear.

This is what professionalism looks like... focused first on doing his job, and doing it well! There is too much emphasis lately, in every profession, on everything other than "doing ones job well." I like what Deon has to say... "I do my job with honor, integrity, and pride." Amen!
