While this article refers specifically to entrepreneurs, I think it applies to all businesses. I am fond of the statement, "Nothing happens until you sell something to someone." Growing a business is completely dependent on meeting the customer where they are, not where you wished they would be. Gaining alignment between your strategies, objectives, products and services and your clients/customers needs, wants and desires (interests) will go a long way to insuring success and sustainability.
