Please stop using the terms "High End Restaurant" and "Fine Dinning" everywhere,you are literally killing the restaurants that are actually that type! Everywhere i see Job Ads in the Middle East is "Fine Dining","High End Restaurant" or even worse,"Michelin Star Restaurant" in countries that the Michelin Guide doesn't even operate! Understand your business , and most importantly, understand Hospitality as it applies all over the world! There is nothing wrong with using terms such as "casual" "upper casual" etc that can describe your type of restaurant more accurate than abusing the terms just because you believe they sound better!
