🌺GROW-CHELLA DAY 2🌺 We kicked off day 2 with a fantastic interview with Lizzi Scott and Natasha Clarke. They gave a thought-provoking session on “The Power of Me” which discussed how to unlock your full potential and rise above the crowd.💭 Around lunchtime the ‘Tech-no’ stage had Mark Probert deliver a session on the all-new skills feedback feature on our learning management system Bridge. Thanks for the tips Mark! 🚀 When 2pm rolled around Dennis Hoffmeister shared his recruitment expertise. We received valuable insights including his career, approach to recruitment and how he maintains momentum! This was followed by GM’s managers having a master class on how to manage their P&L from our CFO John Lawson.💰 Finishing off strong we joined Mia Walsh and Lewis Fegan for their 'how to build a thriving desk from the ground up' session. They bring a powerful combination of experience, leadership, and proven success in cold markets.
