Don't leave candidates hanging. Get back to them quickly. 3. Give them constructive feedback so they can improve to land the job they want. 4. If you are looking for an entry-level position, you shouldn’t be looking for experience! Or am I wrong? Entry level is not 3 years of experience. Entry level is not having done a previous bunch of internships. Entry level is having no experience. It's starting from 0. Entry level is betting on potential. When a company hires someone with no experience, aligning expectations from the outset is important. On the one hand, sharing with the employees why they have been hired and letting them know what the organization expects of them. On the other hand, be clear about the opportunities and progression path that the company can offer. Being clear and open from the outset only brings benefits, including trust, engagement, and a greater chance of retention. Employees who know what the company expects of them and what to expect from the company are more committed employees, who are easier to retain.
