We were brewing up some fun at The Great New Mexico Beer Festival this weekend. It was a gorgeous day at Balloon Fiesta Park where we were able to play fitness games with attendees and learn more about their fitness journeys. We LOVE promoting health and bringing the energy at these awesome community events.

Introducing Defined Fitness University 🎓💪 We recently underwent a big renovation in our Defined Fitness  C.O.R.E Office to dedicate part of the building to team member development. This new training initiative will revolutionize the way our team operates by empowering them with the tools and resources necessary for unparalleled succes. It is an exciting time to be a part of our fitness family and the ultimate goal is always to provide the highest standard of service to our members and community.

Wined and Defined 💪🍷 We had an incredible turnout at the Wine Fest this weekend where we got to interact with some smiling faces in our community. There's nothing we enjoy more than talking to people about their fitness goals and helping them get started the right way. Careers in fitness are like none other because you play a part in improving people's lives and have fun while you're doing it 😎

Defined Fitness was proud to be a community sponsor in the 4th Annual WisePies Pizza Run benefiting Make-A-Wish NM.  Over 300 runners along with friends, families, volunteers and business participated to raise over $65,000 for the Make-A-Wish NM foundation. We enjoyed being out in the community on this beautiful summer day handing out fans and water to help keep participates cool.   Even more so to participate in an event that promotes fitness with a cause 🍕🏃🏻♀️

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to our winners of the Fitness FRIENDzy and March Momentum promotions! Julia from the Rio Club won a FREE membership for the rest of 2024 for referring her friends and family. Mariah from the Bosque Club won a FREE membership for the rest of 2024 for being a new member. There's no better gift from a friend than the gift of fitness 🤝

We had a SWEET kickoff to our summer event season at at the Southwest Chocolate & Coffee Fest. Interacting with the community is one of our biggest passions at Defined Fitness. Oh and did we mention we have some brand new FREE Defined Fitness swag? We can't wait to see everyone and represent New Mexico's #1 Gym at the awesome events that are lined up for the rest of the summer.

The dust has settled... The Sandia Club Phase 1 renovations are now complete. The upgrades include a new, larger turf functional training area, deadlift platform, Hoist Motion Cage with attachments, perimeter storage rack  and so much more. We are so excited to have updated one of our largest and longest standing clubs. We are dedicated to the continued growth of Defined Fitness and bringing the best the industry has to offer to our members.

Our Fit-Check Fridays were a huge success this month. Many members across all of our Defined Fitness Clubs came in to get their body composition analysis. The InBody is one of the GREATEST tools in the  industry to help measure and set your fitness goals. Our Personal Trainers are experts at what they do. The Defined Fitness team will continue to make EPIC changes in the lives our members all throughout 2024.
