International Telecommunication Union recently released a new report, "Next generation spectrum monitoring—proactive, autonomous and data-driven," which reviews current reactive and ad hoc spectrum management methods and introduces next-generation strategies powered by #AI and #bigdata. The report features DeepSig's research and work on spectrum awareness using radio frequency machine learning (#RFML). By leveraging #AI, RFML-based spectrum sensing provides efficient and scalable signal detection, identification, advanced analytics, and anomaly or trend detection—all with near-real-time insights into signal activity and band occupancy.
