Nonprofit Founder, CEO's, we've all had a Board Member promise to have a network that could help take the organization to the next level, but when it came time to fundraise, raised $0. What do you do when your Board Members can't help you raise money? 1️⃣ Find out if they have any setbacks: personal barriers, not sure where to start, lack of information, etc. 2️⃣ Offer more training on how to engage their network and gain new donors. 3️⃣ Offer to tag team, not everyone can close well. 4️⃣ Be patient and as resourceful as possible. 5️⃣ Remind them of their responsibility as a Board Member if hesitant.
