Female investors get 35% higher returns than male investors. Companies with more than 30% of female executives are more likely to outperform those without. Companies led by female CEOs also show improved performance and rising stock prices compared to male-led companies. Bet on women. Not just for DEI but also because it makes the most business sense 🙌🏻 P.S. We’re making the UK the best place in the world to be a female Founder! Invest in Women Taskforce

⭐This is such an important topic. The first line of your post; "Female investors get 35% higher returns than male investors" is incredible. I'd love to see more on this when you have a moment! It's quite staggering. You mention a The Motley Fool piece as the source (elsewhere in comments) however I can only see that piece pointing to an increased 0.4%-1% returns. Would love to know more on where the 35% number is sourced from. https://www.fool.com/research/women-in-investing-research/ Thanks Debbie Wosskow, OBE (cc Invest in Women Taskforce)

The best companies are about people at all levels who are pulling up their sleeves to work and talking without being silent at meetings and are passionate with accountability - it was one company to date that I worked which was a female lead CEO where I found all of the above. To date that hands on participative culture has been unravelled. I cannot vouch for women in businesses and corporates at board levels because the returns are clearly very high for all - domino effect on the economy too. Win win.

Wouldnt you say its more about who’s the most qualified for the position, whether that’d be man or a woman shouldn’t really matter?

"Companies with over 30% female execs are more likely to outperform than those without" says Debbie Wosskow, OBE Just one of the reasons why women's health at work must become a priority. Simple changes can be highly effective. We need everyone to be able to work healthily and effectively throughout their lives rather than having careers and businesses disrupted by health disparities.
