What if you own a company doing $3 million in sales with a 10% EBITDA, and after 5-10 years, you're exhausted and stagnant? You dream of hitting $5 million in sales and 15% EBITDA. Most entrepreneurs ask, “How can I do that? What’s the process?” There’s no book for that. Often, we get stuck and procrastinate, spending months or even years trying to figure out the “how.” Instead, ask, “Who already knows how to do this?” If someone can get you the results faster than you can on your own, isn’t it worth it? Ask “Who can do this?” It works with almost every obstacle. Try it—it’s refreshing.

Historically, a founder seems tethered to sales calls - an unbroken line that feels almost unchangeable. But let me assure you, it's not an unassailable truth. Over time, I've walked alongside several entrepreneurs, helping them navigate this shift. The shifts they conquered? 1/ They shattered the belief that they were the sole sales force. 2/ They viewed the process as an opportunity generator, placing it before their sales strategy. 3/ They embraced the value of systemizing their sales process, exploring and perfecting the art of enquiry. And yes, it's a journey which consumes time, but just like a good book, the payoff at the end is worth the time you invested. Your future self will nod in agreement. #PerspectiveShift #CRMStrategy #BusinessGrowth

Aspiring entrepreneurs, I've walked alongside many of you who picture yourselves stuck in an eternal cycle of sales calls. I've watched as you hold steadfast to the belief that you alone possess the power to sell your product. This belief is as confining as it is paralyzing. I'm here to tell you, it's not only inaccurate, but it could be hindering your business growth. It's time for a perspective shift. First off, shatter the myth. You are not the only one who can sell your product. Your belief, while well-intentioned, is rooted in a limiting notion. You've created something and no doubt, nobody understands it better, but understanding isn't always what sells. Next, pay attention to the process. Instead of diving headfirst into sales, concentrate on generating opportunities. Seek out those worthy of your product, understand their needs, and guide them gently towards your solution. Finally, systemize. Sounds sterile, doesn't it? Yet it's the key. Script the questions you'll ask, define the pathways to follow. The process will become less daunting and more efficient. Changing these habitual traits is not an overnight dose but more like a long-term therapy. The effort might feel mammoth initially, but trust me, your future self will shower you with thanks. #ShiftYourPerspective #NotJustASeller #LinkedInForBusiness

*Ignore this at your own risk* This is the most overlooked and vital part of your business, What am I talking about? SYSTEMS. Now before you roll your eyes... I know systems aren’t sexy, believe me. But without them, you'll never hit optimal productivity or profit levels. And here’s a wild guess… I bet you didn’t start a business to become a slave to it, did you? But that’s the sad reality for most entrepreneurs. They’re run off their feet… They put out fire after fire… Add countless tasks to their to-do list. All the while they can feel burnout creeping up on them ready to strike at any minute. I think you’ll agree, that’s no way to live. And if that's you, eventually, you’ll run out of time, or even worse… But you need not worry any more, I have launched my indoor sales Master class that will help you and your team to close more deals and build strong sales systems

Many entrepreneurs often stick to the belief that they're the only ones who can sell their products, I say it's time for a shift! Growth in your business doesn't happen with your fingers on all triggers. Consider this: 1/ Shake off that insinuating thought that insists only you can do the selling. 2/ The generation of opportunities should be your first point of focus, sales will follow. 3/ Elevate your strategy by learning to systemize your sales process. The transitions may seem like a challenge but it's a route toward growth. It's the business credit you're building, without a personal guarantee in sight. Cheers to a prosperous future! #BusinessGrowth #EntrepreneurMindset #RedefiningSuccess

Offer value first. Ask for the sale later. Most entrepreneurs try to sell too soon. They pitch products before building relationships. This triggers skepticism and pushback. What's better? Tap into a little thing called reciprocity. 1️⃣ Lead with value. 2️⃣ Build trust and goodwill. 3️⃣ Give generously and authentically, with no strings attached. Once you've established yourself as a guide (not a salesperson) people are MUCH happier to buy. Because people want to support those who support THEM. Give value. Build trust. Make an offer. In that order.

Are you wondering why your online course isn’t selling? Most entrepreneurs typically only do this 👇🏼 - Put their course on their website - Create a couple social media posts - Hope someone will come and buy But there are three major problems with just doing this: ❌ Your course is nowhere to be found ❌ It’s on your website, but no one knows it’s there ❌ You’re relying on luck and good timing for it to sell Don’t worry, you’re not alone. But what if I told you that you could predict when your next sale would come in? That you could make daily sales on your course. Here’s the secret to getting there: 1. Avoid the common mistakes most entrepreneurs make 2. Implement a system to set up a profitable sales funnel for your course So I’m sharing what these 2 things are in my new Youtube video! Give it a watch to start making more sales ↓ https://lnkd.in/ecBvZ3iH

Accelerate Your Business Growth: Captivate Audiences, Increase Customer Retention, and Amplify Revenue with Expert Marketing Strategies
Attention, founders! If you're knee-deep in sales calls, it's time to make a shift. I've worked with several entrepreneurs who have successfully transitioned from being a one-man sales team. 1/ Forget the notion you're the only one capable of selling your product. There are others out there who can be just as passionate and persuasive. 2/ Learn to generate opportunities. A consistent flow of potential customers is as important as your direct-selling efforts. 3/ Systemize your sales process. Define the questions to ask, rinse, repeat. This transition will require time and patience. On the way, you might encounter difficulties, but remember - perseverance pays dividends. Your future self will thank you. #EntrepreneurShifting #SalesProcessRedefined #BrandingGrowth

How do I price my Product? (or Service?) 🤔 Usually this question comes from “first time” entrepreneurs I work with. But occasionally, even the most seasoned CEO will ask that question if it is a new market for their existing business. My answer is by way of a 2 part question back to them: What problem do you solve and what is the “business value” of your solution? I find it amazing that most never look at it this way. They are still caught up in the “feature dump” 🚛 type of thinking, which typically centers around these 3 broad descriptions: “nobody does it this way” OR its “better tech” OR my favorite: “Better, Faster & Cheaper”. Rarely, do any of these mindsets yield any meaningful revenue💲 or enable them to achieve the ultimate sales goal 🥅 of building a Repeatable 💥 , Predictable 📈 & Scalable 🚀 sales process that yields revenue 💰 . As a professional cut from the “Sales Cloth”, I know that when it comes to price, it is directly correlated to the Value your prospects see in your solution (Product or Service). What problem do you solve and how do you showcase your Value ?
