True leadership is when you realize that everyone has access to it. It's how we show up and behave in little moments throughout our lives. Moments that leave a lasting impact that cause others to circle back with you years later to remind you of it. That's my goal. We all live chapters of life together. I hope in this chapter I inspire folks around me and they reenter my book of life years later to tell me about it.
