Have performed oncall responsibilities Ø Management and oversight of the capacity lifecycle process Roles/Responsibilities: Ø Develop initial plans with milestone and risk assessment Ø Maintain Issue and Risk logs Ø Develop and maintain status reports and communications Ø Escalation of any issues / concerns unresolved with the team and stakeholders Ø Become familiar with and support messaging reference architecture install processes for production changes during scheduled windows, become familiar with issue resolution for infrastructure tools (ex- start or stop tools in the event of a problem, etc). Ø "Monitoring and automation Ø Perform initial troubleshooting. Ø Automate repetitive tasks and procedures (to include management of the inventory). Ø React on critical thresholds as defined. Ø Filter monitoring alarm and alert information. Ø Monitor the status of the infrastructure and tools. Ø Perform correlation of errors, alerts, and events." Ø "Maintenance and daily tasks Ø Work with “In-House Client Team” to facilitate installation, configuration, and upgrades. Cient to work with end client in documenting the scripts/procedures, planning and organizing the upgrade tasks. Ø Routines tasks like data refresh, migrations, reporting, etc. Ø Create/update disaster recovery plan documents as per site requirements. Ø Perform monthly and annual performance reports for trend analysis and capacity planning. Ø "Backup and recovery - if required - further discussion needed Ø Execute, maintain and update end client backup and recovery policies and procedures for the infrastructure as well as the supporting tools. Ø Execute backup and recovery scenarios (Online, offline and import/ export) based on end client guidance. Ø Execute and propose the appropriate backup/recovery plan for new installations Ø Knowledge of Java will be an addon.
