Yesterday, Tim Dietmar Giese and I conducted a compact masterclass on strategic partnerships as part of the Impact Germany 2024 program powered by Business France Deutschland. This session was attended by French companies that are currently participating in this acceleration program to enter the German market. Our masterclass, "𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 (𝗚𝗧𝗠) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵", focused on why and how strategic partnerships can be essential for businesses to prepare and execute their GTM and growth initiatives. Some of the key points we covered also included: 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 - Clarify and internally communicate why partnerships are crucial for achieving your organisation's goals, - Highlight what your organisation can offer to potential partners to make collaboration with you more attractive than with competitors, Define how your organisation can contribute to building, maintaining, and developing long-lasting partnerships and commit to these efforts. 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 - Set up and adapt a flexible framework to support partnering activities, including legal and technical aspects. - Involve top management and dedicate resources to sustain partner relations.
