B2C commerce will be transformed in India with the brilliant ONDC and Beckn protocol emergence. Having seen the recent traction whitepaper, it's just a matter of time before ordering food/D2C products becomes common practice on Paytm/Phonepe (the glitches will go away soon surely with the protocol updates) and book cabs on apps like Nammayatri.
