Suppose there is a company that sells skin care products Now they will try to understand what are the issues that the audience is facing relating to skin and accordingly they will try to build products to solve their issue They will try to understand their audience well Similarly, if here on LinkedIn, you provide personal branding services or insights on internship, Try to think from the pov of audience- What kind of issues they might be facing? What solutions they might need? What kind of insights they might always be looking for? Then accordingly provide the solution and the insights and put up the post. Do you know the results? ->This helps in building meaningful connections with the audience ->Their trust and faith in you and your brand becomes stronger ->They always look up to you as they know you always provide the insights they might be looking for So the next time, you are providing any service or content.. 🥳 A lot of people think throwing an IRL community event is a nice to have, fully focussed on the attendee who's there for a good time (of course they are!) - but there's so much hidden value that any business can unlock such as: 1. Keeping a narrative running with your audience and customers week to week, month to month. 2. Leveraging these insights to gather product feedback, customer insights and ways to get intel on what your competition is doing. 3. Testers for a new product or service you have coming up/on the drawing board. 4. Lead generation if you offer +1's or competitions on the night to invite friends and family to an activation. 5. Building brand equity - making your company come alive and giving an insight into the personalities of your Founders and team. 6. Launching in new markets - finding those early adopters and ambassadors that will help you launch somewhere new. 7. Finding your next top employee - someone really impressed you with their networking and knowledge of your company? Invite them for a formal interview or internship. 8. New team member onboarding - throw them in the deep end and get them to meet your customers and members to learn more about your org! 9. Building partnerships - invite a segment of collaborators along, or run a B2B event just for peeps you want to work with! 10. Education and training for people wanting to learn how to use your product or engage with your business, plus sharing company news once a quarter at AMA's etc 11. I grew up in a TINY town in Sweden 🇸🇪 5,000 people. Nothing to do. With not much happening around me, I stumbled upon the phenomenon blogs. I was hooked and got really interested in marketing products in a natural and trustworthy way, thanks to bloggers I was following. At university, I studied media communication and PR to stay in that lane. The game-changer? I stumbled upon an internship close to my hometown, at one of the first companies to get known for their influencer marketing in Sweden.💡 It really was a blast. Two years? Felt like two minutes. I became responsible for the Danish market and I fell in love with Copenhagen. 🇩🇰 At that point, I decided it was time for something new. I joined Marie Klee agency. Just when I was getting cozy, COVID kicked in. Alone in a new city, working from home, with very few friends or family around me. I decided to quit the agency because I was the only full-time employee, which still felt lonely when things opened up 🙁 I then joined a brand in the fitness industry where most businesses got really affected by covid. And soon it was time to find new adventures again. I was back to square one. That's when Marie came back into my life and introduced me to Woomio. This feels like HOME 🏠 It's buzzing, social, and challenging. Every day, I get to converse with clients about my passion - marketing. Every client is a new puzzle. Different industries, different countries - I can't use the same solution twice. I've learned something on this rollercoaster journey.
