This is a valuable guide David Green 🇺🇦. Thanks for sharing. If I may add, what about "Partnering" or "Collaboration" as another way to upgrade HR professionals. Being part of a Community of Practice outside one's organization (e.g. professional HR associations or Social Media Groups) provide tremendous opportunities for HR practitioners to learn and grow based on my personal experience. What's your thought on this?

2moDavid Green 🇺🇦 Thanks so much for sharing! These ideas are based on four studies (see chart) which model the importance of analytics. The HR Competence and Capability study has 8 rounds of data over 35 years that focus on what HR professionals should be, know, and do to create stakeholder value. See overview: https://youtu.be/fIOGAkCm1Go We hope that these insights (ideas, research, and solutions) will help business leaders and HR professionals create human capability (talent + leadership + organization) that delivers stakeholder value inside (to employees and business strategy) and outside (with customers, investors, and communities). The analytics work you (and many others) do enables this work. We hope this is an example of using analytics to make a difference. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/six-actions-hr-create-more-stakeholder-value-dave-ulrich/ Thanks again for sharing.
