Hi everyone, I joined SVB a year ago to lead Reg and Accounting Data Management. After lots of different roles, I found a company with the kind of culture which helps people thrive under a management team that drives performance while supporting and empowering the individual. A new oppo has opened on my team to drive the development and rollout our service offering to the rest of Regulatory and SEC reporting. If not for you, please help me share with your networks. Locations are NY, Charlotte, or Tempe. #datamanagement #people #share https://lnkd.in/g6S_utzF

In March 2020 covid made its mark in the UK and for many their personal and work lives were changed for good. Thankfully two years later, things are changing again and feeling more “normal”. However what hasn’t changed and is more important than ever is diversity especially at senior levels. Having someone there to support you, guide you, act as a soundboard and help you progress can make a real difference. Jacqui, thank you for those people you have already supported and for all the work you do in this important area. #diveristyandinclusion #financialservices #femaleleadership #careergrowthgoals #thankyou Jacqui Parr
Action-focused Career & Leadership Coach and Trainer | Unlocking YOU and your next BOLD career move 💥 Career Coaching | Leadership Development | Team Transformation | Job Search | CV Writing | Corporate Workshops
I’ve got something really exciting to share with you! ⭐️ My website is LIVE!!! 🥳 https://www.jacquiparr.uk The last four months has been a journey for me… Earlier this year I sat back and reflected on the client transformations I’d seen across the 40+ clients I’d impacted since I set up my coaching business in 2020. I’d coached and helped women from so many industries and professions. After years in the fast-paced world of Financial Services working all over the world I had no trouble getting to know new people quickly and being able to help with a range of career and life challenges. Having a Business degree, being a qualified Accountant and running my own businesses I also inspired transformations in female entrepreneurs who needed help getting off the starting blocks. But here’s the thing. By helping everyone I wasn’t stepping into my own ‘zone of genius’ and focusing on helping those I excel in helping the most. It’s scary to ‘niche’ and go all in, but my niche found me. Financial Services is where my credibility, my experience and my connections are. And I realised it’s in this environment I deliver the greatest impact. I specialise in supporting female managers in Financial Services to feel confident, calm and in control so they can “live life bold”. Here’s why: ➡️ I 'get' you. Whatever that voice in your head is saying, I’ve heard it too. I understand the environment you operate in and the challenges you face. 😦 ➡️ I have experience in overcoming these challenges. I’ve faced the same dilemmas as you – frustrated and overwhelmed, unable to create balance. Feeling trapped by the attractive salary and perks yet lack of fulfilment and satisfaction, wondering if there is any other option. 🤯 ➡️ I like to work with action-takers I like working with ambitious, driven women used to operating in fast-paced environments and making things happen. 🎯 ➡️ I want to make a positive difference in a tough environment I embrace a challenge and can help you tackle tough conversations and make tough decisions you’re struggling to make. 💪 ➡️ I’ve had a successful career in financial services so I can help you to thrive, but I also know there are other equally (if not more) satisfying options for you I empower you to thrive in your current role, navigate promotions, build your network and even change career. I help you to see life through a different lens, connecting you to the right resources and people. 👀 And if you're one of my existing or past clients not in Financial Services? Don’t worry! I choose who I work with based on mutual fit and have no plans to move away from my current clients. This is simply me stepping up even more into what I do best! If you’re a female manager in Financial Services who would like to feel confident, calm and in control and “live life bold”, take a look at my new website. Like what you see? How do you bring the future of hybrid work where everyone feels seen, safe and connected, whilst remaining productive and included ? On the day the UK announced the lifting of the remaining Covid restrictions and Storm Franklin blew its worst, 100 of our UKI Strategy and Consulting FS colleagues met physically in our first office takeover day, with a further 200 joining virtually to pilot the future of work, now. A fantastic way to make new connections, celebrate old friendships and hear about the growth plans for Financial Services in UKI S&C. #work #consulting #futureofwork #accenture #strategyconsulting #financialservices #connections #growth Matt Prebble Adam Markson Laura O'Sullivan Sean Newland Ian Howie James Thomas Heather Adams Gavin O'Rourke Stuart Chalmers Vanessa Harding Luke Mills Giles Boardman Paul Stanley Ed Broussard Tom Merry Peter Beardshaw Peter Kirk

I am so proud of what we have achieved in UKI S&C and across Accenture more broadly around the incredibly important topic of Inclusion for all and having Diversity at the heart of our Accenture culture. There is a still a long way to go, but we are on the right path. The short read shares a few personal stories of our Accenture family and how they have thrived. #culture #diversity #inclusion
