Provider burnout is one of the biggest issues facing our healthcare system. At athenahealth, a core tenant of our daily focus is built around clinician delight and provider and patient satisfaction. We have a relentless focus on improving the day to day efficiency of the practices and providers we serve. AI has the potential to further alleviate many of the frustrations facing both providers and patients across the healthcare ecosystem. Our recent Physician Sentiment Survey, conducted by The Harris Poll, shows that 83% believe that AI could eventually alleviate many of the problems facing healthcare. At athenahealth, we're harnessing AI's potential every day to enhance administrative efficiency and refine patient communication.
