Excited to share that I've just started my journey as a Legalisation Administrator at Argentum Attestation FZ LLC !
As I wrap up my first week, I've already gained some valuable insights:
Attention to Detail Matters: In reviewing documents for authentication, I've learned the critical importance of meticulous
attention to detail. Catching a small discrepancy in a client's paperwork can save potential delays in the
legalisation process.
Effective Communication is Key:
Whether liaising with clients, government agencies, or internal teams, clear and concise communication is essential.
Time Management is Crucial: With multiple documents to process and deadlines to meet, effective time management is a must.
Adaptability is a Strength: The legalisation landscape can be unpredictable, with regulations and requirements subject to change.
Here's to a fulfilling journey ahead in this role, where each day brings new opportunities for growth and contribution!
Just want to thank Jessica Munden and Isabella MacSorley for being so welcoming and patient with me.

Shubham Kamble, batch of '25, commenced his summer internship at Landstack - Center for Land!
This internship provides Shubham with an exceptional opportunity to engage in crucial research and fieldwork focused on land administration and its socio-economic impacts.
As a Research Intern at Landstack, Shubham's responsibilities are diverse and impactful. He will conduct a comprehensive literature review to gather relevant research and information on land administration, technology implementation, and their socio-economic implications. This foundational work will set the stage for his field activities.
Shubham will conduct fieldwork in the states of Odisha, Maharashtra, and Gujarat, India, to gather primary data related to land administration schemes. His work will involve both quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify trends and insights, contributing to a deeper understanding of the current land administration landscape.
In collaboration with his team, Shubham will synthesize findings and contribute to research reports and presentations, ensuring that the insights gained are effectively communicated to inform policy and practice.
Landstack - Center for Land focuses on the interfaces between technology and land administration, unraveling ground processes and impacts for more informed policy and practice. Land administration involves managing textual and spatial records detailing rights and territorial extents. Each nation faces unique challenges in land administration, shaped by history, social norms, demography, topography, and land use.
While technology offers promising solutions, the project aims to highlight the nuanced aspects of technology in land administration, especially in the global south and India. Implementing technology in Indian land administration faces challenges, with limited regions surveyed and few states possessing updated land records. India's diverse land tenure systems add complexity, compounded by historical administrative legacies and various tenure systems.
Shubham's project focuses on evaluating the implementation of key land administration schemes, namely DILRMP, SVAMITVA, OLRSD, and FRA, in the states of Odisha, Maharashtra, and Gujarat, India.
We , Regulatory Policy & Governance - TISS Mumbai, wish him success in his research endeavors!

Thank you to everyone for wishing me well on my new role! A clarification + an update on how the first week has gone;
- I am very much still recruiting for Catalyst Life Sciences to serve the MedTech & Diagnostic industries across the US, and have no intentions of changing that!
- I am the designated Fire Marshal 👨🚒 for the JCW Group's Boston office, JCW Group being our parent company which has 5 amazing brands spanning 2 continents. This is who continue to give me this amazing career opportunity and have been on my paycheck for 6 years :)
- Although eight-year-old me would have been stoked and fired up at the idea of grown-up* me working full-time in fire safety, I found out a few years ago I'm pretty much deathly afraid of very hot wood.
- So far during my reign of terro- safety, there has been no reported instances of anyone being left injured, left behind, or forgotten about during the zero fire/emergency drills we've had so far.
- I realize I spelt my new role incorrectly. Apparently it's "Marshal", not "Marshall". No spelling bee 🐝 ribbon for me.
- Some quick basic fire safety tips from Google/AI;
Install Smoke Alarms.
Plan Your Escape From Fire.
Keep an Eye on Smokers.
Cook Carefully.
Give Space Heaters Space.
Portable Air Conditioner Safety.
Matches and Lighters are Tools Not Toys.
Stop, Drop, and Roll.
- Stay safe!
*The jury is still out on that one.
I'm thrilled to share that I've wrapped up my final task of analyzing traffic accident data. 🚗💡 Delving into road conditions, weather, and time of day, I identified patterns and visualized accident hotspots and contributing factors. 📊
Grateful for the hands-on experience and looking forward to applying these skills in the real world! 🌐
