Last night, I enjoyed a great fireside chat moderated by Jill Scalamandre at CEW Newsmaker Event. Together, we talked about my 30-year journey within L'Oréal Groupe and how I’ve seen the beauty industry evolve. We discussed what makes L’Oréal culture so unique, our passion for beauty, our entrepreneurial and challenging spirit, our creativity at the heart… It was, of course, a discussion about our people, about the fact that difference in business is first and foremost made by the people. And last but not least, we also had a thoughtful conversation about Beauty Tech and how this full ecosystem of technologies is a key enabler for our business, giving us the opportunity to explore new frontiers of beauty to better meet our consumer needs and aspirations.
