Flash back a few decades, and I was that kid crunching numbers from the San Francisco Chronicle Sporting Green for his junior high "rotisserie league." The kid with complete sets from Topps, Fleer, AND Upper Deck. The kid at Candlestick hoping to grab a fly ball during batting practice (a line shot by Darryl Strawberry off the seat in front of me was the closest I ever got). So it is with both professional and deeply personal joy that I share that Roku is the new home of MLB Sunday Leadoff, as well as a new MLB Zone and FAST Channel. Each Sunday morning for the next 18 weeks, we'll offer viewers the first MLB game of the day. And in keeping with our larger philosophy, all games in the package will be available for free. Joy Bryant and Christian Slater lead a terrific cast, and it's a genuine treat for us to be able to release this remarkable series adaptation of such beloved IP with true appeal across generations. It's taken literally hundreds of people thousands of hours to bring this to screen, including the incredible producing team, cast, and crew; our partners at Paramount TV; and myriad teams within Roku, but I would be remiss not to extend a special nod to our Head of Originals, Brian Tannenbaum, who worked tirelessly to ensure that this show had a home here at Roku.
