Heart Based Intelligence Vs Mind Based Intelligence 1) Our Chairman of our company recently made a remarkable post indicating human ingenuity (smart way of thinking and doing things) will stand tall regardless of the world moving ahead with buzz words like AI and ML, this was an awakening post coming from one of the most experienced and hands on person heading our company Exela Technologies. 2) It is known that the human mind plays a big role in intelligence, we are very familiar with this kind of intelligence and its application which has powered this world with variety of inventions and discoveries. While the left brain is known for analytical thinking right brain is known for creative thinking. 3) The experience of heart based intelligence is much more profound that brain based intelligence opening up amazing possibilities. 4) Our heartfulness guide Shri Kamlesh Patel called fondly has Daaji narrates in one of his speech that while he was in New York as an entrepreneur connected with Pharama industry, he was looking for a space to set up his pharma related business. He got a lead with a seller and the space was very prominent close to a hospital, it was about to be finalized. He visits to this spot on the day of finalizing this and goes to the rest room. He was able to feel in his heart that something seriously wrong in this space. He immediately ended the discussion and returned back. The person who accompanied him was seriously disappointed and asked him why he ended such fruitful discussion abruptly. To this question he responded, call the owner of the space and ask him whether any murder took place in this space, which his accomplice did immediately and to his surprise found it to be true. This is the power of heart based intelligence which can be applied well in critical decision making. The heart tells the truth always unlike the mind which gets carried away by short sighted data. The heart has the ability to even foresee the future. 5) As part of my career and professional life during many critical situations applied this heart based intelligence and found it to be very helpful. For example at one point in time had to recruit many people for our organization for new projects, one cannot judge everything my a mere data oriented interview using mind, my heart oriented approach helped me to hire right candidates. The proof of the pudding is many such candidates are still in our organization for last several years contributing immensely for our organization growth with utmost humility and right attitude. 6) There have been many critical situations wherein the heart based decision has helped me immensely in my personal life as well avoiding a wrong path saving lot of time, money and energy.
