❗️The conference will focus on how to promote an inclusive and gender-sensitive approach to remain relevant, reflect social diversity and draw on so-called 'masculine' and 'feminine' attributes to build better and richer leadership.
👉There are still many stereotypes and inequalities between men and women. New models need to be created. It is essential to develop approaches in which everyone can feel valued and flourish.
✅ More specifically, questions about self-confidence and the myth of omnipotence will be addressed, including the issues of vulnerability management and humility.
