Help leaders increase productivity and employee performance through leadership development. An empowering public speaker

RISE UP MONDAY & HAVE HOPE! What about trying hope? Here are three things that’s in it for you: 1. Hope brings the momentum to keep your going.  2. It offers the encouragement and optimism to be open.  3. It shines a light on possibilities. In 2004, then State Senator Barack Obama spoke about hope in the face of difficulties, hope in the face of adversity, about the audacity of hope. He went on further to say, “I’m not talking about blind optimism or willful ignorance, but something more substantial.” It could be something substantial like what you’re going through right now. Perhaps its you, the person going through the uncertainty of health issues. It could be you, the person who is dealing with the ups and downs of a relationship, albeit personal or business. It could even be you, the person who is just trying to figure out what you want out of your life right now. Most times, when our hopes are realized, we’re pleased. When they are not, we’re saddened and frustrated. Consider This:   Maybe, you’ll get more than you hoped for. Maybe, you’ll gain a greater awareness of what is best for you and what you need to know. It’s all the more reason to still have hope! What invigorating Monday motivation! Instantly I remembered these lines from the musical South Pacific: But I'm stuck like a dope With a thing called hope, And I can't get it out of my heart!

Outstanding Darlene Drew. Outstanding. Keep up the great work Queen. Bless you.

Hope is almost a currency as important as trust. Especially for the men and women I have worked with for 50 years. Sometimes, hope is othe one thing they have left.

Thanks for sharing! Love these weekly “Rise Up” videos! Hope is a powerful value to hold on to. As a woman of faith, hope is within me (1 Cor. 13:13) and it definitely helps me maintain the perspective that there are possibilities even when we don’t see them right away.
