Hot take 🔥 on company swag… Give ‘em what they want! This year I had the opportunity to help strategize team holiday gifts and like any good corporate strategy it started with a survey 📋 I wanted to know what the teams actually wanted for branded swag - I didn’t want them to get something that collects dust or is never used. I mean come on… it’s always nice to get a gift off your holiday wish list 🎁 right? Well, as a surprise to no one the survey results showed that the team members were split 4 ways! 1. Jackets/Vests 2. Backpacks/Laptop Bags 3. Tech Gear 4. Stanley/Starbucks style cups/tumblers To not let that survey go to waste and to foster an environment that shows that team members’ desires are important we created 4 different choose-your-own-gift options! This was a huge hit with everyone. Not only did we pick amazing swag (Nike jackets, JBL headphones, and more!) but this allows company culture to shine through all personailty types.
