✨Coffee creamer the way it should be!✨ “Looking at the leading brands of coffee creamer today, it’s a bit of a misnomer to call them ‘creamers’ since they are not made with real cream,” said Sam Cohen, head of marketing at Darigold. “Like margarine, most common coffee creamers today are made with vegetable oils, not real cream, and tend to have as many as 10 or more ingredients. Belle Creamers are made with just five simple ingredients, including real cream and natural flavors, making them actual coffee cream rather than coffee oilers.”

Sometimes less is more...
When it comes to purchasing products for new projects, one often finds themselves looking under the microscope to find that perfect balance of quality at a good price - this can be quite the daunting task. But what if the purchase price isn't where the savings is found? What if the quality of the product is where it's found?
What's your flag-ship, high-quality, less-usage, long-term gain product that holds up the others? Investing in a high-quality, staple product can save you money in the long run. When you use a high-quality product, you tend to need less of it, and it holds up other less-quality ingredients or products. In the food industry, it's without question that the quality of the product and the flavor are key.
Less is more... a 10X+, low quality vanilla product is advertising at it's finest - it's exactly what it sounds like, too much - why buy more to get less?
At Lochhead Manufacturing Company, we believe that clean products with more flavor and better quality are essential. Our pure vanilla extract is a 1-2X high-quality product that can reduce usage, while enhancing flavor and quality.
What's your staple product that you're willing to invest in upfront to reduce costs long term? Find it and watch your business thrive. #lessismore#qualitymatters#reduceingredientcosts#pricereduction#ingredients#icecream#baking#cleaningredients#flavor#purevanilla#vanilla

📣 The right balance of sweeteners is crucial to create sugar-reduced baked goods that still satisfy the palate.
🧁 Bakers are experimenting with various sweeteners and flavour modifiers, such as stevia and erythritol, to maintain sweetness and texture. Among the main innovations, we find slow-release sugar and sweetness enhancers make it easier to achieve significant sugar reductions without compromising taste.

What you see on the front of your tea packaging may not reveal the whole story, and it's not always in a positive light.
Did you know that tea companies often emphasize minor ingredients on their packaging while major ones stay hidden in the shadows? This marketing strategy can sometimes lead consumers down a misleading path.
Many organic teas hold a hidden secret – they reduce costs by incorporating cheaper substitutes and fillers. These cost-cutting measures can compromise the overall quality and authenticity of the tea.
Tea dust, a true master of disguise, plays a significant role in this puzzle. It can effectively conceal lower quality tea leaves and even the presence of 'natural flavorings.' This misleading act can make it challenging to discern the true contents, as the packaging often fails to accurately represent what's inside.
Regrettably, some teas conceal undesirable elements that you wouldn't want in your cup. From artificial flavors to unwanted chemicals, the truth isn't always on the front label. Some 'organic' teas take shortcuts with cheaper substitutes and fillers, compromising both quality and authenticity.
🚫 What to Be Cautious About:
Artificial flavors and colors
Food coloring
Artificial and natural flavorings
Microplastics
Bleach & Epichlorohydrin
Pesticides
Food additives
Modified corn starch
Sweeteners
Citric acid
👉The next time you reach for your favorite tea, take a moment to read the entire package – front, back, and sides.

Did you know Frooti has 10.5 teaspoons of added sugar per 300ml and has only 11.5% mango pulp?
But what about the rest of the mango drinks? In this video, I compared Frooti, Maaza, Slice, Tropicana, Paperboat and Raw to determine which is the best packaged mango drink.
Frooti, Maaza, Slice are openly unhealthy, but it was interesting to see how even "healthy" brands like Tropicana and Paperboat fared poorly.
In this summer season, I strongly recommend home-made aamras over these packaged mango drinks which are mostly sugar and very little mango.

Raising Awareness on Food Safety Standards,
Revant Himatsingka (Food Pharmer) is doing a great job, In #SanatanDharma it's called #Punya
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI, MoHFW) regulates numerous additives in our food, some of which raise concerns about their impact on health. In the remote tribal regions and smaller cities, the details on food labels remain a mystery to many. With diabetes and other chronic diseases rampant across India, it's crucial to consider that English, the primary language of labels, is spoken fluently by only a fraction of the population.
The codes and technical jargon on these containers are beyond the comprehension of most, leaving us in the dark about what we consume. The #fssai has made efforts to demystify these additives, listing over 11,000 on their website. However, accessibility issues persist, as the site is currently down. This oversight has continued for 77 years, with successive governments overlooking the fundamental mission of the @fssai - ensuring food safety and standards.
We must question this neglect and demand transparency and education around food labels. Only through collective inquiry can we hope to see change. Let's break the cycle of ignorance and strive for a healthier nation.
