Using open-source models like #NousHermes and #NeuralChat through PredictionGuard's APIs, we built this LLM-powered Autonomous Marketing Agent (LAMA🦙). A blend of Generative AI and marketing, LAMA can be just the perfect assistant that resource constrained marketing teams need. It utilizes techniques such as data extraction, prompt engineering, semantic search, summarization, keyword extraction, and content generation, and can be crucial for anyone who wants to stay on top of trends. Concerned about reliability ? Who isn't? That is why we added safeguards in place to weed out toxic, factually incorrect or personally identifiable information. Moreover, customizing LAMA is a breeze! We are thrilled to announce that one of the incredible teams we had the pleasure of working with during the first quarter of this year has been selected as a finalist for the $5000 Future Edelman Impact Award competition! 🎉 This project, led by an innovative team of BAIMers from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, tackles a pressing question: Can small businesses with limited marketing resources use Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) to quickly identify domain-specific trends, optimize content creation, and personalize marketing strategies? The team : Nagraj Deshmukh Ann Mathew Monika Madugula Abithaa Shree Venkatesh and Pratik Merchant To address this, they developed a cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM)-powered marketing agent using various open-source models available at Prediction Guard. These models, along with custom-built wrappers, ensure hallucination prevention, factuality checks, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) implementation. This sophisticated approach enables the agent to autonomously generate social media posts aligned with trending news and social media topics. The results have been outstanding, showcasing a significant increase in social media post frequency. This project not only demonstrates the practical application of GAI in dynamic marketing environments but also sets a precedent for similar innovations across various industries.
